How do we work?

From concept to production—a transparent process, predictable results

01. Needs Assessment and Consultation

Come by for a cup of coffee.

It all starts with a comprehensive conversation. We don’t just ask what you want to build, but also why. We understand your business goals, the market environment, and the technical constraints.

During this phase, we clarify:

  • What is the real problem that needs to be solved?
  • Who is the product intended for?
  • In what environment will it operate?
  • What are the critical success factors?

Result: We jointly decide whether the project is feasible and, if so, how it will be successful. This phase is always protected by an NDA (non-disclosure agreement).

02. Design and System Architecture

The Birth of the Concept.

This is where we lay the groundwork. Our engineers develop the circuit diagrams and select the critical components—taking into account the product lifecycle and future availability. We design the software logic, and our manufacturing engineers get involved right from this stage.

Why is this important? Because the design must not only look good but also be manufacturable. At our company, the design desk and the production line are in the same building—this ensures that what we come up with on paper can actually be made in reality.

Result: Functional design documentation from which a prototype can be built.

03. Prototype Development and Testing

The proof.

We never send anything into production without first verifying it. We manufacture a few prototypes using our own SMT equipment, followed by rigorous testing:

  • Functional tests
  • Stress tests (heat, vibration, humidity)
  • EMC pre-measurements (if necessary)

This is where we determine if any refinements are needed before committing to mass production. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, there may be further iterations at this stage—possibly even a B or C revision.

Result: A validated, functional prototype that proves the concept works.

04. Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFT) and Documentation

The goal: to ensure that problems are not discovered on the production line.

This phase focuses on bringing the design to a “ready-for-manufacturing” state. We perform a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review, place test points, and develop circuit and functional testing procedures.

Using our own equipment, we can manufacture not only prototypes but even medium-sized production runs. If production involves large-scale manufacturing, we coordinate with the future manufacturing partner—and, if requested, we also assist in selecting them.

We believe that in this small world, we do not have competitors, but rather partners with whom we can mutually rely on one another.

Result: Complete manufacturing documentation and an optimized manufacturing process.

05. Life Cycle Tracking and Support

Our partnership doesn’t end with delivery.

We monitor the availability of components on the market (obsolescence management), assist with future software updates, and, if demand grows, we’re ready to develop the next-generation product as well.

Because for us, success means when the product manufactured by our customer conquers the world—and we work behind the scenes to ensure that this success is sustainable in the long term.

Result: A long-term partnership and ongoing technological support.
